  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the product after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping and return costs in this case.

Cancellations by Matbakhy

We may need to cancel an order if a product is unavailable after confirmation, payment fails or remains incomplete, or we cannot deliver because the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

In these cases, we will notify you and refund the amount paid in full.
